    Hi from Scotland

Fairly new amateur detailer here. Perfected my 2 bucket wash technique over the last year (we don't get too many good washing days in Scotland) and built up my arsenal of equipment thanks to CGUK. Have now purchased Torq FX 10 with Vline and pads kit. I'm practicing on the, single stage, beige paint of the bonnet of a 1979 mk2 Ford Escort RS 2000 (I will upgrade to a clear coated body panel soon, preferably black to hone my skills). Having some fun and decent results. Gonna have a go at scratch removal by wet sanding then buffing too.

Hope to get some tips on this forum. Thanks in advance.
