I work at a detail shop and we use them all the time. They are used for our "quick serve" services with glass cleaner to do a light dusting of the vinyl and door jambs. We use them for our full details with solutions like APC and Dressings. They are also really good for an air tool alone. I suggest buying one only if you are going to use it frequently. They are expensive. But they are easy to take a part and buy replacement parts if needed. We use the regular tornador but I recommend the tornador black. It is more expensive but will have a longer life.

You can put your cleaning chemical in it and use it that way, but I'd pretreat it as well.

so do you pretreat and use chemical in the tool?

Depending on how bad it is, I would pretreat. I personally like to always pretreat because I know it will get what I want out with less hassle.
